Hey Fixers (and healthy foodies)! Easter is next week and I want you to be prepared with a great dish that you can bring or a whole healthy and delicious meal that you can serve! Want to know what I’m making from this list"
Ok, fine. So I don’t know yet.
I’m going to make my final meal planning decisions in the next couple of days, BUT! I’m definitely making the Cucumber Roll-Ups (aren’t they so cute"!) and the Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Cherry Balsamic Sauce (because yum).
If you want some great tips and tricks for eating a holiday meal (without going nuts) check out my Thanksgiving post, these are things I always go back to whenever I have any sort of party to attend where there will be lots of food
As always, if you make any of these recipes be sure to snap a pic and tag me @thefoodieandthefix on Instagram so I can check it out! I love seeing what you guys are making, especially for the holidays!
Whole Wheat Easter Bunny Rolls – DessertNowDinnerLater.com
I would call one of these 1 yellow, unless they come out really big, use your best judgment.
21 Day Fix Cornbread – The Foodie and The Fix
Sweet Potato Turkey Meatballs – JoCooks.com
As long as you bake these instead of frying them, these tasty sounding meatballs are completely Fix approved! I would call 3 or 4 (depending on size) 1/2 red, 1/2 yellow
