Path Me Food Recipe
Only 3 Simple Ingredients: Avocado, Mango and Hot Sauce
How many times have you been hanging around on a weekend and a few friends call you that they are just around the corner" Or you get that call about getting together at somebody’s house for a movie or football game. You are totally unprepared but don’t want to show up empty handed! This is my really simple and quick party dip that only takes about 5 minutes to prepare.
Remember folks, I’m not Martha Stewart, but I can make an awesome dip.
Step 1: Cube the avocado into bite sizes. Put into your serving bowl.
Step 2: Peel and cut the mango into bite sizes. (This is a bit more difficult, but not too bad once you get the hang of it.) Put into your serving bowl.
Step 3: Open jar of hot sauce and pour until your like the consistency (more liquidy verses more chunky).
Step 4: Open a bag of chips and enjoy!
You don’t have to salt or pepper this dip since the hot sauce already has enough taste to it. My favorite hot sauce is Herdez red sauce – Medium. (The green sauce is also great for other fun recipes like Green Chicken Casserole….another recipe for another day.) I also love the mix of salt and spicy with the sweet flavor from the mango.
Options: You could spice this recipe up with more flavors like onions or cilantro, but remember, we were caught off guard so we just kept it simple!!
