Update: The Pizza Mix is available to buy now!
Last year life started feeling too hard so we began eating out more and more often. Eating out wasn’t usually as healthy as eating at home, and it was definitely more expensive. I realized that I needed to make some changes for the health and happiness of my family.
To make my life easier I decided that I needed a few things?1) organization, 2) meal plans, and 3) baking mixes?and I knew that if these three things would make my life easier, then they would make yours easier, too. And that?s how my upcoming book came to be.
My baking mix recipes will be in my book (coming in October 2015), AS WELL AS for sale on my blog. The choice is up to you: make a huge batch of mix yourself (using these recipes which will be in my new book), OR skip that step entirely and have my mixes shipped straight to your doorstep! I need your help to decide which mix to release first!
Having mixes means you will save yourself massive amounts of time measuring each different flour for weeknight baking. And they’re so easy! Feel like having scones this week" Measure out one scoop of mix, throw in some ghee or coconut oil and a little bit of honey, mix it up, pop them in the oven for 15 minutes, and boom! Done! And here’s a little secret between me and you… your husband and kids will use the mixes too! Say whaaaat"! Girl, if I had known that all it would take to get my husband and kids cooking was to create these mixes then I would have done it YEARS ago!
