  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 cups cooked rice

Directions:

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a medium bowl, mix together soy sauce, cornstarch and minced garlic. Add chicken and toss well to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken: In a large skillet or wok over high heat, heat the vegetable oil. Add the chicken and stir-fry until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
